For online bookings, the customer must enter the promo code FLY at checkout to receive a $25 EverythingCard. Applicable on bookings with a minimum purchase of $99 per booking (before taxes & fees).  Not applicable to group and corporate bookings .  One EverythingCard e-gift card per booking (value of $25). Gift cards cannot be exchanged for any cash value. Not combinable with any other discounts or promo codes.
